Rates and Registration

We strive to keep pricing as affordable as possible. When reviewing pricing, please keep in mind that, unlike most family vacations, this price is all-inclusive. To compare to the cost of another vacation experience include costs of hotel, meals, childcare costs, and the costs of all activities your family might engage in on vacation. Most of our campers indicate that being part of this special community is PRICELESS!

Price includes:

Six nights' lodging: Arrive between 2pm and 5pm on Sunday, June 30, 2024; depart by noon on Saturday, July 6, 2024.
All Meals: Sunday Dinner through Saturday Breakfast. Bayside campers will provide breakfast and two dinners. All meals will include a vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free option if indicated at registration.
Programming: Morning and afternoon childcare, nature exploration, fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, crafts, outdoor sports and games, biking, hiking, high ropes course, pontoon rides, adult and teen workshops, daily morning worship, evening intergenerational activities and music, and the joy of being in community.

Registration Fees

In keeping with our UU value of equity, Bayside operates on a sliding fee scale to make camp accessible for as many families as possible. While we ask all families to pay at least the base prices for each camper (minus the Early Bird discount), the amount you pay beyond that should be determined by your own circumstances and what you can afford. Guidelines based on household income level are listed below.

*Adults sharing a room with any other adult camper (family or not) should pay the "Adult - shared room" price. Only those adults wishing to stay in a room with no other adult campers will be charged the "Adult - single room" price. If you are a single camper, you will have the opportunity on the registration form to indicate if you would like to share a room to reduce your price.

Early Bird Registration: Take $25 off per camper if your deposit for half your registration fee is received by March 31, 2024.

2. Mail a check, payable to "Bayside UU Family Camp," for at least one-half your cost of camp to:

3. TOTAL COST OF CAMP IS DUE TO THE REGISTRAR ON JUNE 1ST, 2024.
Registrations are accepted in the order that they are received. Registrations are not guaranteed until the registrar receives a check for one-half the total camp fee. If possible, the registrar would appreciate full payment at the time of deposit. The total fee must be paid by June 1, 2024.

Refund Policy: If you have a need to change your plans after registering, we are able to refund your deposit minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds can be given after June 1st.
